What is your role at Crummack Huseby? 
Director of Community Management. I oversee communities throughout Southern California.
How long have you been with the company?
Over six years…time flies!
What advice do you have for prospective Crummack Huseby candidates?
We are like family. A team player is a must.
What are your greatest accomplishments so far?
Becoming CACM certified and managing multiple communities and projects. I have also helped streamline procedures that make the company more efficient.
What is your proudest moment at Crummack Huseby?
Honestly, it’s not just one moment. But it is an honor to be recognized at industry conventions for our good work and reputation.
What have you gained from working at Crummack Huseby?
In this role, you have to know everything; pest control, roofing, construction, landscaping. Plus, I get to meet interesting people.
What do you find most challenging at Crummack Huseby?
Management keeps you on your toes every single day.
What are three words to describe Crummack Huseby?
Insightful. In person. Invaluable. Our company slogan really says it all. We are all those things and strive every day to make sure we stay true to those words. We are always here for our communities, helping to bring light and knowledge into a community and help it to be the best that it can be.
What drew you to Crummack Huseby? And how has Crummack Huseby changed since?
I wanted to continue in project management. The owners, Margo Crummack and Sandy Huseby, take great care of their employees. Everyone is so supportive. That will never change.

Daryl Dixon from The Walking Dead. I never miss an episode.
