Meet Jamie Bolduc, Director of New Development

When you’re the lead singer and guitarist in a band, you always need to be in sync with your bandmates. So it’s no surprise that Jamie Bolduc, our new multi-talented Director of New Development, is awesome with a homeowner’s special request. She’s been an incredible player and was recently nominated for the Manager of the Year Award, Veteran Category with CAI.

Working closely with our builder clients, Jamie oversees all the new projects onboarding to Crummack Huseby. You’ll find her digging deep into projects even before the first crew begins working onsite. She definitely handles being in this type of spotlight like a pro, “No two days are alike and no two projects are alike. The plans you have for the day or how a project is going to go can quickly turn down a different path and that is where you need to learn to adapt and roll in the new direction.” 

As new technology changes the landscape of communication, Jamie still believes speaking to a homeowner one-on-one is the best form of communication,

“We want our clients to know that ultimately, our goal is to help them solve a problem, answer a question or provide a solution quickly and proactively. We love making our homeowners happy and that is what we strive for every day.”
