This month’s Employee Spotlight shines on Operations Manager and country music fan Marie Hertrick.

A day at Crummack Huseby wouldn’t be the same without Marie Hertrick, our amazing Operations Manager, who keeps everyone on their toes. With a bit of fun and sass, she oversees the entire Operations team and ensures our clients are tended to enthusiastically and promptly.

Marie joined us over seven years ago in the CC&R violations department. With her noteworthy dedication and focus, it wasn’t long before she was tapped to manage our Operations. Having worked directly with homeowners for so many years, she has the insight and the skill set to train her team in providing clients with an unsurpassed level of service.

Within her role, Marie liaises with every department to keep the entire team on track. We value the way she makes sure every team member has what’s needed to succeed every day. She says she often feels like the company mom—in the best possible way. (Thank you, Marie!)

1. If given the choice, she would move her office to Caribbean island.
2. She enjoys tending to her garden.
3. Her partner in crime is a seven-year-old Labrador named Marley.
4. If she wasn’t our Operations Manager, she would be in project management for a developer.
5. She loves country music, especially Miranda Lambert.
