With over 36 years of experience in the community management industry, Margo Crummack co-founded Crummack Huseby Property Management in 1999 with a vision to deliver a more personal, adaptive, and values-driven approach to property management. Her leadership combines deep industry expertise with a forward-thinking mindset, specializing in New Project Development and innovative community solutions.
Margo holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, is a Certified Community Association Manager, and has earned a specialty designation in New Project Development. She is also a passionate advocate for education, serving on the Education Committee for CAI-OC and on CACM’s Education Review Committee and Faculty. Her commitment to professional development and thought leadership has earned her several industry honors, including Program of the Year and Committee Member of the Year from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Under Margo’s guidance, Crummack Huseby has grown into a privately owned firm known for delivering the personalized attention of a boutique company with the resources and innovation typically associated with national firms. The company’s nimble structure allows for customized solutions, seamless integration of new technologies, and a commitment to transparent communication with each client community.
Outside of her professional life, Margo is an adventurous and curious traveler—whether hiking Mayan ruins in Yucatán, exploring the casbahs of North Africa, or admiring art at the Louvre, she finds inspiration in global cultures and diverse perspectives. She is also an avid reader, enjoys spirited debate, cooking, and hiking with her beloved dog, Samson.
