A lifelong Southern Californian, Sandra (Sandy) Woods Huseby brings more than 38 years of experience to the community management industry, including 26 years as Co-Founder and Principal of Crummack Huseby Property Management, Inc. Her deep industry expertise, strategic leadership, and passion for people have shaped the company’s reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking partner to homeowners associations across Southern California.
After earning her degree in Communications and Business from Gonzaga University, Sandy launched her career in Newport Beach and rapidly advanced to Vice President at a prominent firm. In 1999, she co-founded Crummack Huseby with a vision to elevate the standard of service and create a culture focused on excellence, innovation, and long-term relationships.
Sandy holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation and is also a licensed California real estate broker. For over six years, she was an active member of Vistage, the world’s leading CEO peer advisory organization—an experience that continues to inform her leadership style and strategic thinking.
Known for her mentorship and results-driven mindset, Sandy continues to champion both operational improvement and team development. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who thrives on meaningful exploration, from Europe’s cultural capitals to bold adventures like bungee jumping in Ecuador. Her approach to business and life is the same: thoughtful, courageous, and always evolving.
