Community Portal - Overview

When logging into our community portal, residents will be welcomed to their Resident Dashboard - a personalized space designed with helpful information and exciting features!

The menu on the left side of the Resident Dashboard contains the following:

1. Quick Actions - Directory, My Payments, Submit Work Orders
2. Community Communications - Community Discussion, Bulletins. Classifieds, Surveys, eForms
3. My Architectural Requests and My Violations (if integrated with an accounting provider), Calendar, Community Reservations, Community Events
4. Documents and FAQs - Documents (Internal), Documents on the Website, Information, Places, Public Contacts

Along the top banner of the Resident Dashboard, residents can access

1. Their profile information
2. The Inbox for communications with community managers
3. The Logout button

In the body of the Resident Dashboard, residents have access to

1. Latest Community News - Community Bulletins, Discussions
2. Latest Classifieds
3. Notifications - including activities such as facilitating reservation approvals, work order approvals, etc.
4. Make Payments option - if integrated with a Payments provider
