Senior Community Manager

The primary purpose of this position is client retention.  This is to be accomplished through leadership and the successful management of your portfolio.  The Senior Community Manager is responsible for consistent enforcement and tracking of CH Policies & Procedures, statutory deadlines, quality control of the CH product delivered to clients, and overall client satisfaction.  Display leadership by assisting other community managers with client, property issues, and meeting attendance.  Also, provide Board Book and general correspondence review, in the absence of a supervisor.

Community Association Manager/Manager in Training (MIT)

The primary purpose of this position is to develop a Community Association Manager. This is to be accomplished through management training on entry-level accounts. The MIT will report to a Director and the Operation supervisor. The Community Manager Trainee (MIT) is responsible for their Assistant Managers tasks and the management duties of their selected accounts. We are looking for a professional, proactive, team-oriented individual to represent Crummack Huseby with the Association Board of Directors as the On-Site General Manager to fulfill the obligations of the management contract in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the Board of Directors and comply with civil code requirements. Has direct, significant contact with the Board of Directors, committees, residents, guests, contractors, vendors, outside groups and associations, employees, and city staff.
