The primary purpose of this position is client retention. This is to be accomplished through leadership and successful management of your own portfolio. The Community Manager is responsible for consistent enforcement and tracking of CH Policies & Procedures, statutory deadlines, quality control of the CH product delivered to clients, and overall client satisfaction.
The primary purpose of this position is client retention. This is to be accomplished through leadership and the successful management of your portfolio. The Senior Community Manager is responsible for consistent enforcement and tracking of CH Policies & Procedures, statutory deadlines, quality control of the CH product delivered to clients, and overall client satisfaction. Display leadership by assisting other community managers with client, property issues, and meeting attendance. Also, provide Board Book and general correspondence review, in the absence of a supervisor.
To represent Crummack Huseby with the Association Board of Directors as the On-Site Assistant General Manager. To fulfill the obligations of the management contract in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the Board of Directors. Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, has significant contact with Board of Directors, committees, residents, guests, contractors, vendors, outside groups and associations, employees, and city staff.
