Preferred Service Provider Program Terms and Conditions


Crummack Huseby regularly compiles a list of qualified professionals to handle maintenance items and improvement projects for our individual homeowners. We seek out vendors with whom we have formed a trusted, working relationship and have proven their excellence not only in work product, but with ethical, friendly customer service philosophies.

Vendors in the Preferred Service Network Program (“PSNP”) will be included in our PSNP Directory and featured for one month in the e- newsletter sent out to the residents in our communities. In addition, the e-newsletter and PSNP Directory will be published to our website. To participate, please complete this application and submit it along with:

  • Proof of current insurance, licenses and safety programs
  • Current w-9
  • Completed vendor packet
  • Company logo submitted as a .jpg, .pdf, .eps or .gif in 200 x
  • 200 pixels with a resolution between 72-300 dpi.
  • A brief synopsis about what sets your company apart from your competitors

Duration of the Agreement: Advertisement will commence on a start date to be mutually agreed upon by the advertiser and Crummack Huseby. Advertising commitments are valid in designated increments from the date of initial posting. Crummack Huseby reserves the right to choose the month when an ad will be featured in the e-newsletter as well as the location in the directory.

Payment Terms: The advertiser agrees to pay the contract amount in full prior to the start date. This fee is non-refundable and will not be pro-rated should the advertiser decide to discontinue the display of the advertisement at any time prior to the end of the contract period.

Service Interruption/Limits of Liability: Advertiser agrees that Crummack Huseby shall not be held responsible for any liability, loss, cost, claim, damage, or causes of action of any kind that it may suffer as a result of the transactions contracted herein, including but not limited to loss resulting from delays in or incomplete or interrupted display of any ad regardless of cause or fault. Crummack Huseby’s liability shall be limited to extension of contract for the period of time AD failed to display.

The Advertiser is responsible for providing all information and digital artwork to meet specifications. Crummack Huseby reserves the right to determine the suitability of all ads submitted for distribution, and to reject advertising that does not meet its editorial or digital criteria. Changes to ads may be made after each three-month contract unit only. The Advertiser agrees to hold Crummack Huseby harmless for any liability arising out of any alleged publishing error.
