What is your role at Crummack Huseby?    
Director of Community Management. I manage a portfolio of communities in the Inland Empire, along with supervisor roles within the company

How long have you been with the company?
A very busy 3.5 years. 

What advice do you have for prospective Crummack Huseby candidates?
Be ready to hit the ground running. No two days are the same.

What are your greatest accomplishments so far?
Developing relationships with my Board and the members of the communities that I manage.  I really enjoy being able to talk to people on a personal level.  

What is your proudest moment at Crummack Huseby?
Rookie of the Year award in 2013.  I took on a lot of projects that were above my skill set and rose to the occasion. 

What have you gained from working at Crummack Huseby?
Patience. I better understand that projects take time and that communities do not turn around overnight. 

What do you find most challenging at Crummack Huseby?
Handling different personalities and conflict resolution.  These can go hand in hand at times.

What are three words to describe Crummack Huseby?
Spunky. Enthusiastic. Thoughtful. We all love what we do and put a lot of ourselves into the work.

What drew you to Crummack Huseby? And how has Crummack Huseby changed since?
I liked the idea of managing HOA’s and Crummack Huseby’s approach to it.  I think of it as if I’m the CEO of a corporation (or a few of them) and while I don’t make the decisions, I help with strategy, building a knowledgeable and productive Board, financial/project management. Plus, working to bring the community together.   

Where would you go in a time machine?
I would go back to college and live that again. I wouldn’t change anything. Just a replay.
