Each year, Community Association Institute honors managers and business partners in community management with prestigious awards for their efforts and dedication to the industry. This year they recognized TEN employees from Crummack Huseby!

MEET THE CAI NOMINEES

 

Dana Davidson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Nominations: Speaker of the Year and Outstanding Service Award

Dana serves as the Senior Vice President and is essential to our growing company, ensuring our managers are trained and inspired to provide amazing service for our clients. Dana also serves as Co-Chair for the Legislative Support Committee and is a member of the Publications Committee that were both nominated for Committee of the Year. Brittany Harmon, CCAM, CMCA, AMS

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Brittany has been in the property management industry for over 7 years and earned her AMS certification in 2016.  She currently serves as the Director of Community Management for Crummack Huseby. Brittany is a perfect example of what leadership, management and leading by example should be for those who are new to the industry and for those who are veterans. Jamie Bolduc, CMCA

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Jamie has been in the industry since 2005 and proudly holds the CMCA designation. Jamie serves as the Director of New Development for Crummack Huseby. Jamie has assisted with training our managers in understanding the important details of new development while managing projects for a wide range of clients. Learn more about Jamie Bolduc 

 

Sue Evans, CCAM

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Sue has been in the industry since 2006 and has had the distinction of being involved in many facets of the industry during her tenure. She serves as a Senior Community Manager for Crummack Huseby and manages accounts in San Diego County to North Orange County. Learn more about Sue Evans

 

Cheryl Downs, CCAM

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Cheryl Downs has been in the industry since 1987. She serves as a Senior Community Manager for Crummack Huseby. Cheryl seamlessly builds relationships with our developer clients and residents to form an amazing relationship and strong community. Learn more about Cheryl Downs 

 

Courtney Chastain, CCAM

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Courtney has been in the industry for many years and currently serves as the Director of Community Management for Crummack Huseby. Courtney plays an integral role in developing policies, procedures and tracking methods for the office to ensure the most efficient service possible to our clients.

Jennifer Norton, CCAM

Jennifer has been in the industry since 2004 and serves as a Senior Community Manager for Crummack Huseby. Jennifer wears several hats in the company. Christine Hulka

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Cymoni Mason

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Rookie Category

Cymoni started at our company as an Associate Manager. She showed dedication, responsibility and an eagerness to grow. She was quickly promoted to a Community Manager after she exemplified the hard work and abilities needed to be a great manager. Learn more about Cymoni Mason

 

Danielle Aimer, CMCA, AMS
