For the second consecutive year, Crummack Huseby has participated in the Orange County Basket Brigade, a volunteer-led event that creates Thanksgiving baskets for Orange County families in need.
Each employee creates a basket or two, which feeds a family of four to six. They fill it with traditional Thanksgiving fixings including turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, bread, soup, potatoes, and, of course, dessert. The items are arranged in a reusable basket, so the families can have it for the future.
On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, those donating brought their baskets to the O.C. Basket Brigade in Corona Del Mar for decorating. Then, they delivered each basket to deserving families all over Orange County.
