Although we work hard every day for our clients, it’s an honor to be recognized by our colleagues as well. Community Association Institute has nominated SEVEN people from our talented team at Crummack Huseby for their efforts and dedication to the community management industry.

MEET THE CAI NOMINEES

 

 

Cymoni Mason, CMCA

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Rookie Category

Cymoni started at our company as an Associate Manager. She showed dedication, responsibility and an eagerness to grow. She was quickly promoted to a Community Manager after she exemplified the hard work and abilities needed to be a great manager. Learn more about Cymoni Mason

 

 

Danielle Aimer, CMCA, AMS

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Rookie Category

Sue Evans, CCAM

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category

Sue has been in the industry since 2006 and has had the distinction of being involved in many facets of the industry during her tenure. She serves as a Senior Community Manager for Crummack Huseby and manages accounts in San Diego County to North Orange County. Learn more about Sue Evans

 

 

Jennifer Norton, CCAM, CMCA

Nomination: Community Manager of the Year, Veteran Category and 
Committee Member of the Year - Public Relations Committee

Jennifer has been in the industry since 2004 and serves as a Senior Community Manager for Crummack Huseby. Jennifer wears several hats in the company. Laurisa Ehlers, CCAM

Nomination: Speaker of the Year

Laurisa started at our company as an Assistant Vice President. Laurisa began her property management career over 18 years ago and quickly found her passion, working her way up through various positions including Director of Community Management and Vice President of Community Management. She also earned the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award from the California Association of Community Management (CACM) in 2001 and was nominated for Manager of the Year – Veteran Category from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in 2016.  Learn more about Laurisa Ehlers

 

Lesley Millender-Irwin, AMS, CMCA, PCAM

Nomination: Speaker of the Year

Lesley has been in the industry for 17+ years and serves as the General Manager of The Travata Club, facilitating operations for the residents of this new, exclusive, gated 55+ community. With an onsite office at Travata, Lesley is accustomed to being the face of the community she manages and welcomes the adventure and challenges that this new community may bring. Lesley was awarded the Manager of the Year award from Community Associations Institute (CAI) in 2014 and a Leadership Award from California Association of Community Management (CACM) in 2015. Dana Harle, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Committee of the Year - LSC

Dana serves as the Senior Vice President and is essential to our growing company, ensuring our managers are trained and inspired to provide amazing service for our clients. Dana served as Co-Chair for the Legislative Support Committee this past year and it is nominated for Committee of the Year.
