An ardent advocate for industry education and leadership throughout her career, Margo is excited to speak on March 11 to industry peers about Leadership and Ethics in decision-making.
In today’s frenetic and ultra electronic times, Ethical Leadership in business has become a particularly hot button issue. Cell phone video, negative reviews, highly publicized lawsuits, and sensational news stories have put business leaders and their practices under more scrutiny than ever before. Those that don’t espouse to running their businesses above board become quickly and often very publicly exposed. Margo will highlight methods to be an effective leader and ways to solve the challenges of ethical dilemmas.
Margo will also be part of a guest panel with John Cligny, CAMex, CCAM-HR, Association Consulting Group, and Cang Le, Esq., Angius & Terry, LLP, where they will discuss project management. On March 13, the group will present Once Upon a Project, where attendees learn the key phases of project management using industry language, understand expectations and risks associated with project management and how to develop awareness for potential pitfalls that may arise.
You’ll hear pearls of wisdom from the presenting speakers and each will share actionable tools and insights you can take back to work with you. This is an industry event. For more information about the CACM Law Seminar and Expo https://cacm.org/events/southern-california-law-seminar/
Before Margo co-founded Crummack Huseby Property Management, Inc., she was an industry leader, using her innovative thinking to help her previous employer exponentially grow their business. Since 1999, when Crummack Huseby began, she’s continued to utilize her forward-thinking abilities to create efficiencies for clients and their communities.
As an expert in New Project Development, Margo is often invited to consult from day one. Her work ethic is respected and valued—when she says she’ll do it, it gets done. One of Margo’s crown jewels is the beautiful 20-Merchant Builder Master Planned Community that she consulted on back in 1999 and still manages today.
