The CAI Awards: Dana Davidson Harle and Brittany Harmon Bring it Home

For the Crummack Huseby team, ten nominations and two big wins made this year’s Community Association Institute (CAI) Awards nothing short of memorable. Dana Davidson Harle, Senior Vice President, and Brittany Harmon, Director of Community Management, won top honors in their categories at the recent Orange County Regional Chapter’s awards dinner. Here's why I believe dynamic duo are integral to our company’s success.

Dana was named Speaker of the Year, and her passion for the industry, coupled with her natural leadership abilities, made her a shoo-in for this award. She spent hours working with the speaker panel to get their approach just right, and as a result, they successfully connected with the audience. As a speaker, I can appreciate how very difficult this is to do!

Among her greatest strengths is the ability to distill complex client questions into insightful answers. She’s eager to share both her knowledge and time with her fellow managers and clients, and she does so with patience and integrity. I applaud her for her success and for receiving this CAI honor!

Brittany was awarded Community Manager of the Year in the Veteran Category. From the very start, Brittany has inspired us with her exceptional organization skills and her desire to exceed customer expectations.

When she shares her knowledge of community association management to educate her Board Members and homeowners, she has a knack for leaving them feeling informed and taken care of.

She consistently brings her “A” game to her clients, and now applies these same qualities when mentoring others.  She’s truly an example of excellence in the community management industry, and as a team, we’re proud of her accomplishments.

When you see Dana and Brittany in the office or out in your community, you can congratulate them in person.
