I have been a resident at Celamonte, Chino Hills since 2016 and I have always been happy with the property management by Crummack Huseby.

Yes, I know there are tons of negative reviews here. There were a couple of times that I felt the same way when I first moved here. But, now I understand the way their enforcement is necessary to maintain our community beautifully maintained the way it always has been. And our property managers do try to work together with the residents very hard to assist and they know exactly what they are doing every time.

Especially, our assistant manager Kiele is among the best. She is always prompt with her responses, gives great advice, is very experienced and resourceful, and handles all situations quickly with professionalism. She has never failed to extend her sincere effort in helping and resolving every little issue I had.

I am so glad that we have such a great property management company to manage our property and I thank Kiele once again for the amazing support.

Baker Ranch Community Association Treated Residents to a Spooktacular Welcome

October 29, 2014 Crummack Huseby Property Management

LAKE FOREST, CA – October 30, 2014 – Baker Ranch Community Association held their inaugural fall event for residents on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at The Grove community center located at 101 Mariposa, Lake Forest, CA 9630.

Nearly 150 residents gathered to enjoy a free Halloween event. Homeowners were treated to family friendly activities including a magician, photo booth and a pumpkin patch. A balloon artist created works of art for the kids with many choosing to use the balloons as part of their Halloween costume. A face painter was kept busy painting the faces of princesses and pirates. A DJ was present to keep everyone on their feet dancing and playing games.

“My goal was to create a fun and friendly family event that kids of all ages would be able to enjoy. I am so happy with the turnout and the kids in costume are adorable,” stated Sarah Duta, Recreation Director. Local companies were present to show support of Baker Ranch, Miguel’s Mexican Cuisine provided flautas, chips, salsa and beverages along with gift cards to all who visited. Nothing Bundt Cakes provided four different cake bites including chocolate, red velvet and pumpkin. Several Bundt cake creations were auctioned to the event participants. SwimLabs of Lake Forest raffled free swim lessons for children and offered fun prizes to those who chose to spin the wheel of fun. Kids in costume were treated to a goody bag and a free pumpkin from the Park West Landscape pumpkin patch.

Homeowners are meeting their neighbors for the first time at this event and creating a community bond that will be the basis for how this neighborhood will move forward in a unique way through social events and activities, “stated Jennifer Norton, Senior Community Manager with Crummack Huseby.
