Each year, the Community Association Institute (CAI) honors exceptional managers and business partners in community management for their dedication and efforts in the industry. Meet the 2022 Crummack Huseby Nominees who will be recognized during the Fly Me To The Moon Awards Gala on January 28th.

Christine has been in the property management industry since 2012 and currently serves as the Director of Large-Scale Management. Christine's creative approach has increased value for many residents and communities when relating new concepts and ideas to evolving business needs. She leads by example and focuses on harnessing her talented team, moving them forward to achieve consistent results for our customers! In addition to having both CMCA and AMS designations, she currently serves as co-chair on the Symposium & Expo Committee. Christine was nominated for Manager of the Year, Veteran, and Outstanding Service.
Rebeccah started her career in 2017 and is now a Senior Manager at Crummack Huseby. Rebeccah is especially special because she wants to share her enthusiasm and passion for this industry with others! Rebeccah truly goes above and beyond, trying to help out new managers and making sure their transition into their roles is more straightforward with her guidance. Rebeccah is passionate about what she does, and her approachable and friendly manner makes her even more endearing to those around her. Rebeccah received her CMCA designation in 2019; and in 2023, she received her AMS designation. Rebeccah was nominated in the Manager of the Year, Veteran category.
Michelle has been in the industry for many years and was recently promoted to Director of Community Management for Crummack Huseby. Michelle is a natural trainer, able to break down complicated matters in a way that makes them much easier for our team members to understand and implement. She is a warm and encouraging mentor who helps her managers feel safe to ask questions under her caring guidance. Michelle continues to inspire and motivate not just within Crummack Huseby, but within the CID industry as well. Michelle was nominated in the Outstanding Service category.
Melissa has been in the industry for almost 20 years and was recently promoted to Director of New Project Development for Crummack Huseby. Melissa's ability to connect with homeowners and employees on any level creates harmony internally and within the new communities, she oversees. She is an inspiration and credit to the CID industry! Melissa was nominated in the Individual Advancement category.
Michael has been in the industry since 2012 and serves as a Community Manager. He is selfless, a great listener, and a hard worker, and he believes in continuing education to ensure he has the tools to do the best he can for the clients he serves. Michael enjoys participating within the industry to help foster relationships with industry service providers and get to know his fellow manager colleagues. In 2021, he received his CMCA designation; in 2022, he received his AMS designation. Michael was nominated for Manager of the Year, Rookie.

This award honors business partner members that have gone above and beyond within their industry, through Chapter involvement, community outreach, and more.
