LIGHTHOUSE

Tucked away in Southern California is Lighthouse in Costa Mesa, a community of single-family detached homes in Costa Mesa.  These homes will make urban living desirable again.  Each home is a live-work home with its own roof-top deck.  Lighthouse in Costa Mesa is located close to multiple Southern California’s best beaches!   For those days you want to seek some sun close to home - the sleek and modern common area pool is the perfect spot!

Costa Mesa is a medium sized city with slightly over 100,000 people living in the city proper.  It was incorporated in 1953 and has grown greatly from the original population of about 16,000 people.  The incorporated city started out as a farming city and has become a city that thrives on just about every industry out there.

Costa Mesa is a great place to live.  Despite the fact that people have been making their way to the mid-sized city in large numbers, it still has a touch that makes you feel like you are at home.  Livability.com has ranked Costa Mesa in the Top 100 Cities to Live In.  The numerous amenities also contributed to Costa Mesa’s high ranking.  You can find numerous city parks, art opportunities, golf courses, and shops throughout the city.

State parks and wilderness parks are only minutes away.  Crystal Cove State Park is in Laguna Beach and features beachfront with massive stone hills.  Another park, the Thomas F. Riley Wilderness Park is nearby in Coto De Caza.  This park features beautiful trees, a romantic getaway, and even guided tours.

Over the last few years, Zillow has been seeing the average property value go up in Costa Mesa, spelling good news for the real estate market and the community.  This also falls into line with the increased rental price.  The local economy is continuing to thrive.

A program put together by the City of Costa Mesa has been developed to attract some of the biggest businesses around the world to the city.  Currently, a number of major businesses have moved to the area.

These businesses include:

The school district that services Costa Mesa is the Newport Mesa Unified School District.  Newport Mesa Unified School District plays host to 31 schools which is the equivalent of about 22,000 K through 12 students.  The district has an amazing 23/1 teacher ratio and spends an average of just over 11,000 dollars on each student.  For those that are in higher education there are multiple universities and colleges in the area, including:

If you are looking for somewhere new to live, Costa Mesa offers plenty of opportunities.  Lighthouse in Costa Mesa will provide you with not just a place to live but a place to call home.  Each home is built with the homeowner in mind and can even be upgraded with several options.  Imagine, looking off the rooftop patio of your new home into the beautiful Southern California sunset.
