Community Spotlight: Sedona Landscape Upgrades

September 11, 2013    Brittany Harmon    Community Spotlight

The Sedona association has upgraded their entry vehicular gate, landscaping, pool furniture and mailboxes all within the last three years. They decided to go with a drought tolerant palette to save the association money on irrigation water among other green benefits. Villa Park Landscape created a beautiful plant palette that the association approved and did a great job of making it look colorful. This included a variety of heights, textures and movement, far from the typical desert look that often comes with drought tolerant landscaping. The association was so pleased with the results of the entry that they are now researching similar upgrades starting with the planters along the community streets followed by other common areas.
