Community Spotlight: The Rowe Neighborhood by Shea Homes

June 15, 2016    Community Spotlight

Crummack Huseby is proud to announce the Management of The Rowe-Court Neighborhood Association in the City of Lake Forest.

The Rowe-Court Neighborhood is an exciting community located in Baker Ranch consisting of 334 condominium units.  The Rowe has three floor plans ranging in size from 1,453-1,695 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2-car garages each with an outdoor courtyard. The Courts has four floor plans ranging in size from 1,761-2,063 square feet and also has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with 2-car garages.  Each Courts home features its own private backyard.

Family owned since 1881, Shea Homes designs homes by paying attention to the real needs of today's homebuyer.  Completely thought through from the ground up;  they're modern, energy efficient, affordable and created with flexible interior spaces to fit your lifestyle.

Each neighborhood in Baker Ranch has everything within walking distance.  Just steps from each door are hiking and walking trails, pools and parks, tennis courts and tot lots, it’s all here.

There are nine separate parks within the Baker Ranch Community, each with its own distinct features.  The Grove with a state of the art clubhouse kitchen, pools, water play area and spa, are just some of the highlights homeowners have access to.  Now open is Promenade Park with bocce ball, hammocks, picnic areas, tot lots, climbing walls/ropes and a full scale walking bridge across Alton Parkway.  Oak Tennis Park is also now open and features tennis courts, and Vista Swim Club with a junior Olympic size pool is set to open in the summer of 2016.  These are just a few of the newest amenities Baker Ranch has to offer.

And lastly let’s not forget Baker Ranch Community Park and Barker Ranch Dog Park, both a part of Baker Ranch but City owned and operated for all to enjoy.

Baker Ranch is located within the highly regarded Saddleback Valley Unified School District (SVUSD) and includes Foothill Ranch Elementary, Serrano Intermediate School and El Toro High School

A Grand Opening celebration for the newest Shea Homes neighborhood in Baker Ranch was held this past February and we're looking forward to working with this community!
