Community Spotlight: The Stonegate East Community

December 1, 2016    Community Spotlight

The Woodbury community in Irvine, California has a new extension.  Stonegate East was started as a project to help extend the communities due to the large demand for availability.  Stonegate East itself, comes with three different communities: Santa Rosa, Capistrano, and Los Altos.  Each community decides what features your home will have.

The Santa Rose community is filled with two bedroom flats and townhouses.  These units are built with the highest luxury in mind.  Meanwhile, in the Los Altos community, you will find both two and three bedroom townhomes.  Finally, the Capistrano units are town homes with three and four bedroom units.

No matter what type of unit you get, quality abounds.  The rooms are flexible with quality touches.  Big kitchens are designed to make entertaining and preparing for those dinner parties easy.  Each design element has been picked based off proven resident preferences; This includes built-in desks, large windows and easy to use windows.

The smallest units start at just over 1,000 square feet while the largest units are about 1,959 square feet.  That is a lot of space, in all of these units.

Since 2010, the area has been filling up.  Stonegate East is close to a variety of different companies and employment options.  A sense of community, great schools, and luxury building have all been major draws.

Schools for the Stonegate community falls within the Irvine Unified Schools area.  The closest schools are:

Stonegate Elementary School
Sierra Vista Middle School
Northwood High School

Not far away from the community you will find a large amount of options for both shopping and food.  If you can think of your favorite restaurant – we can almost guarantee it’s close to this community!

With great employment options, schools and wonderful living options – we’re proud to have this community working with the Crummack Huseby team!
