Crummack Huseby, Inc. Property Management Announces Patty LaBar to Oversee Its New Commercial Management Division

Crummack Huseby, Inc., Property Management, based in Lake Forest, California, announced today that Patty LaBar, CCAM, will oversee the launch of the company’s new Commercial Management Division and serve as Director of Property Management. Ms. LaBar’s expertise is centered on commercial association management and real estate property management along with management of single-family home, condominium and master planned communities.

Before joining Crummack Huseby, Inc, LaBar was the Vice President of Commercial Management at PCM (Professional Community Management of California) where she managed several associations, including business parks and retail centers in Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo and Irvine.

“We talked about formally launching a new division to accommodate our growing commercial clientele for a long time and decided that with the addition of Patty LaBar to our management team, now is the perfect time,” according to Sandy Huseby, a principal with Crummack Huseby.

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, LaBar specializes in commercial association set up and management, CID management, business development, training and quality control and has worked with numerous high profile developers in the Orange County area.

A recipient of the California Association of Community Managers Vision Award, LaBar’s professional associations include Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers, serving on the Board of Certification for the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and contributing her leadership expertise to the Home Aid Orange County’s Project Playhouse. LaBar has a real estate salesperson license with the California Department of Real Estate and earned a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego.
