March 11, 2014 - - Lake Forest, CA - - Sandy Huseby, principal and chief operating officer of Crummack Huseby, Inc., announced today that all of the firm’s staff members have achieved and received ‘Eliant Certification.’ This unique certification was created so that builders and developers could look for vendors and suppliers who deliver the high-quality customer service level and experience they know their homebuyers expect of them, as well as of the complete home buying and managing process.
“This increases our customer service skill levels,” said Huseby, “and thereby our performance, credibility and accountability with customers, both developers and homeowner association boards. The bottom line? It means we continue to increase our property management problem solving skills.”
“Sandy’s correct when she says that ‘it continues to increase’ their skills, because this certification is much more than taking workshops and passing an exam,” said Bob Mirman, chief executive officer of Eliant. “What Crummack Huseby staff members have achieved is the Bronze level certification, and they are now Eliant Certified Customer Champions. As such, they are held accountable for adhering to the certification policies and procedures, and customers will evaluate them on an ongoing basis, via surveys, every six months. If they perform well, they continue on to silver and gold certification levels. If they do not, they can actually be decertified!”
