CRUMMACK HUSEBY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES JAMIE BOLDUC TO DIRECTOR OF NEW PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Crummack Huseby Property Management, Inc., based in Lake Forest, California, announced today that Jamie Bolduc will serve as Director, New Project Development. Jamie’s expertise is centered around association management and property development along with management of single-family home, condominium and master planned communities.
Before joining Crummack Huseby, Inc, Bolduc was District Manager for New Project Development at Keystone Pacific Property Management. She led a team of seven managers and a portfolio of developing accounts, including a flagship property in Irvine that consisted of more than 1,300 units with three pool and park facilities and an annual budget of $2 million.

With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Bolduc specializes in association set-up and development, company-wide training and leadership, quality control, and has worked with numerous high-profile developers in the Orange County area. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University.
