LAKE FOREST, Calif., July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This month Crummack Huseby Property Management, based in Lake Forest, California, has received recognition and honors for its personnel by two of the industry's top professional organizations, Community Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

Margo Crummack, PCAM, CCAM, co-founder, co-principal and CEO of Crummack Huseby, spoke at CAI's July 10, 2012 Educational Luncheon at the Irvine Marriott. The presentation addressed the topic, "Utilizing Committees Effectively." The discussion included tips on creating a homeowners association committee that is helpful to the board of directors, as well as the community it serves. Margo Crummack is a 24-year veteran in the community association management industry.

Margo Crummack and Sandra L. Huseby, PCAM, CCAM co-founder, co-principal, and COO, have made a commitment to select employees with excellent communication and people skills, and a high level of insight into the property management field. As a result of choosing top-notch talent, three staff members, including Denise Gibbs, Lynda Drake and Janine Stratton, were nominated for the CACM Vision Awards for 2012.

CACM Vision awards recognize the best of the best and honor individuals for their outstanding achievements in the community association management industry. These are nominees deemed to have made a contribution above and beyond their normal duties, while at the same time serving their association clients, their company and fellow industry professionals. Only individuals who continually exceed standards of professionalism, while displaying a commitment to excellence are nominated.

Denise Gibbs was nominated in the physical maintenance category for her ongoing efforts dealing with slope remediation. Northpark's on-site Director of Community Services, Lynda Drake, has been nominated for her creative solutions for a garage sale extravaganza event she coordinates for the community. Janine has been nominated for the Rookie of the Year Award for her extra efforts and creative thinking during her first few months as a new community management consultant.

According to Sandy Huseby, "I value the 13-year partnership with Margo since we share the same vision for growing our company and are highly selective in choosing only the best talent in the industry as employees.
