How did you first learn about Crummack Huseby?

I keep tabs on the industry by attending meetings and I heard the company’s name mentioned as a well-respected company. Then I had business associates that came to work here and LOVE it.

What is your role at Crummack Huseby?

Senior Community Manager

What advice do you have for prospective Crummack Huseby candidates?

Make certain that you want to come to a company that works as a team. Will teach you, help you and make you feel good about yourself as you learn. As long as you do your job you are rewarded in numerous ways.

What are your greatest accomplishments so far?

Industry wide it is the earning of two Vision awards (CACM) showing that hard work is rewarded.

What is your proudest moment at Crummack Huseby?

I’m proud to work at Crummack every day because I DO feel recognized for the effort I put forth.

What have you gained from working at Crummack Huseby?

Renewed belief in the property management industry. Knowing that there are still companies with the industry that treat their employees as people that help the company grow.

What do you find most challenging at Crummack Huseby?

My workplace being a cross between The Apprentice and Survivor. I’m learning a new segment of the property management industry.

What drew you to Crummack Huseby originally? And how has Crummack Huseby changed since?

I was drawn to Crummack due to the GREAT reputation the company has in the industry. A job recruiter called to ask if I was interested in finding a new job. My answer was it depends on what company is hiring. When I was told it is Crummack Huseby I had no hesitation in answering YES.

The company has grown since I’ve been here and continues to do so.
