Let’s meet Crummack Huseby’s Director of New Project Development, Jamie Bolduc.   

What is your role at Crummack Huseby?    
Director of New Project Development. I ensure proper turnover of developer-controlled land to the associations we manage. 

How long have you been with the company?
September 2015, when I started as Senior Community Association Manager. 

What you enjoy most about your current role?
I am constantly learning, improving systems, and setting up framework to maximize efficiency. That is what I love about New Project Development.

What joy do you get out of your career?
I enjoy helping communities solve problems, leading the charge and being an invaluable resource to other leaders. Property management is the kind of career that teaches you the importance of interpersonal relationships.

Cities where you have traveled?
I have traveled all over Europe, coastal Mexico, Alaska and Canada. I hope to visit Thailand, Vietnam and my family’s ancestors in Scotland.

Any special talents?
I have sang and played guitar in rock bands for the past 20 years. I have written original music and performed with different groups at venues like the Orange County Fair, House of Blues, Coach House, Grove on Anaheim and every little karaoke bar in So Cal.

Do you participate in any non-work related community projects?
I like to volunteer my time to local causes as my schedule allows, and involve my 5-year old son whenever possible. I believe in leading by example and practicing what I preach.

If Hollywood wrote a movie about your life, who would play you?
Christina Ricci, because her Wednesday Addams was so serious and melodramatic.  

Where would you go in a time machine?
I would go back to the 1950’s, look up my parents as children and watch my grandparents in action.
