Meet Shima Jahangiri, this month's Employee Spotlight.

Shima has been part of the Crummack Huseby family for a year and a half, quickly earning her way to a promotion as our amazing Accounts Receivable Coordinator. As a seven-year HOA veteran, she began her career as Assistant Manager and made the change to accounting because she desired a new challenge each day. Crummack Huseby values Shima’s ability to ensure accounts are up-to-date and assists those who are delinquent. She is patient and kind with homeowners and puts in that personable and invaluable effort to make sure questions are answered thoroughly.

After a long day of problem solving, Shima de-stresses by cooking and crafting with her close family, “There is nothing more soothing than heading to the kitchen to prepare some amazing food. My favorite meals to prepare are either Italian or Persian.” Her dad taught her some serious culinary skills growing up and she learned to integrate fresh herbs and an array of spices to create unforgettable dishes. Though she loves cooking, every Thursday her father prepares a feast for the whole family. Shima loves how food brings her family together.
