I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Margo, one of the owners of Crummack Huseby, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Margo was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to the problems my family and I were facing with our HOA. She not only offered solutions but was also sympathetic to our situation, which made a world of difference. Margo's professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout our conversation. She clearly understands the needs of her clients and is committed to ensuring their satisfaction. EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT—ANN NGUYEN-PHAM

After returning from a vacation, Ann decided to make a job change, looking for a company that embraced the role of accountants in their business plan. As luck would have it, Crummack Huseby had an opening for this hardworking mom and Senior Staff Accountant.

Thu, Marie, and her colleagues in the accounting department, not only welcomed Ann into the Crummack Huseby family, they’ve also encouraged her to further her career. In 2014, Ann completed her Master’s Degree and has applied her advanced learnings into coordinating with auditors to complete year-end results with associations—on time, every time. What is your role at Crummack Huseby?

I am a Senior Staff Accountant

What would people never guess you do in your role?

Helping homeowners to understand their accounts by explaining their ledgers, their dues, etc.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

Finishing the financials for the associations that go along with other accounting tasks.

What are your greatest accomplishments so far?

Finishing my Master's Degree in 2014.

What is your proudest moment at Crummack Huseby?

Coordinating with the auditors to complete year end audits for the associations on time.

How would you describe Crummack Huseby?

The best place I’ve worked. Thu, Marie and the folks in the accounting department makes me feel comfortable to perform my job and to go further in my career.

Lizzie McGuire - Hillary Duff

What is your favorite movie and book?

Harry Potter!

Where would you go in a time machine?

15 years from now to when my son is in college.
