Northpark Community in Irvine

We’re excited to showcase our Northpark Community this month! Nestled off Irvine Boulevard and bordering Portola Parkway and Culver Drive is Northpark. This neighborhood is a large planned development that offers everything you would expect in a luxurious community, at affordable prices. There are 1620 homes total within Northpark. There are 858 single family homes in the master association. There are six sub-associations, which have a combination of 762 attached and detached condos and townhomes. 

When it comes to style, the Northpark Community isn’t limited. You can find more than six different home looks, with inspiration coming from French, Italian and Spanish architecture. Prices start under $500,000 and work their way up from there.
