April 11, 2018 Crummack Huseby News
Oftentimes, foster kids only have fifteen minutes to gather their things as they transition from home to home. Many times they only have a trash bag to carry their belongings. This reality is why Crummack Huseby is volunteering with Together We Rise to help foster kids through their “Sweet Cases.” Each “Sweet Case” is a duffel bag that includes a hygiene kit, a blanket, a stuffed animal, coloring book, crayons, and other various items
Together We Rise is a local charity that has expanded to help many children in the foster care and placement transition system across the United States. Through our fundraising and network of passionate volunteers, Crummack Huseby strives to give these children a sense of normalcy and belonging by gathering volunteers to pack as many “sweet cases” as we can at our offices on Friday, June 29th, 2018.
Your donations will help Team Crummack Huseby purchase “sweet cases” that we will decorate with love and provide to Together We Rise to share with local foster kids.
