For the second year in a row, Orange County Business Journal has awarded Crummack Huseby as one of the 2016 “Best Places to Work.” 

We evolved over the past decade and wanted our logo and branding to highlight the promising spirit that drives our success. Our company has more than doubled and so has our reputation as being the most approachable, resourceful, talented team in Orange County. Crummack Huseby built this company, but our team truly propels us forward. We couldn't be more proud of what we've all accomplished together!

Our company was created out of frustration for what wasn’t out there—personalized service to a personal industry. Sure, we deal with HOA’s, ledgers, accounting, builder real estate, etc… but when it's all said and done, we are working at a place you call home. And in this home, this dream home, is a human being that we wanted to know. Early on, we thought it best to listen to the homeowners. So often we saw our competitor’s only dealing with the “Association” part of the HOA, and we wanted to engage more with the “Homeowner” side of management.

Here we are, 17 years later, seeing our business grow as we become more and more recognized for our in-person approach to property management. Our business is not easy as we hear clients complain about issues in their development that are out of our control, but we hear them out and try to find solutions that we can propose to their HOA board or builder.

And when you don’t need us there, we offer educational services to HOA’s, homeowners, and builders, giving tools to enhance your own community, and coaching people to plant those seeds of growth while we watch them flourish. Another way we love helping others help themselves is through speaking engagements.
