With this growth in our communities and business, we also welcomed many new team members! We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to them! On the Management Team we welcomed Dana Davidson, our new Executive Vice President.
Dana comes to our team with over 17 years of executive-level experience in the Homeowners' Association industry. Dana leads the management team, with a focus on consistency, training and delivering overall customer service excellence.
New Community Management team members are Jennifer Norton, Katie Sime and Danielle Aimer. New Operations Team members are Melissa Luther and Mikayla Ray.
Courtney Chastain and Brittany Harmon have been promoted to Directors of Community Management. Their consistent demonstration of management excellence within the office, when interfacing with customers and in the industry overall has contributed to their promotions. As Directors, their new duties include mentoring of management trainees, leadership presence in the office and working closely with the Executive Vice President to help implement new training and policy procedures. Congratulations to Courtney and Brittany!
As a result of our growth, it was also necessary to place a key leader in a position to supervise our operations support team. Long-time employee, Marie Hertrick, has proven herself invaluable and has been promoted to Operations Manager. In this capacity, she will oversee the support staff to insure accurate and timely work is being produced and the customers are receiving top-notch service. We are proud of Marie's accomplishments and expect great things from her going forward!
Cheryl Downs was promoted to Senior Community Manager. Cheryl's diligence and hard-work, coupled with her unwavering enthusiasm and fantastic customer reviews have resulted in this promotion. Congratulations, Cheryl!
