SHOW HER SHE’S AN ANGEL

This game day event falls exactly on Mother’s Day. It’s perfect for a mom who's a baseball fan or a sports fan since they’re giving away a free Mother's Day Flower Vase for the first 20,000 adults in attendance. Hot dogs, fries, and a frothy beverage taste even better inside a stadium.

HEAD TO THE CLOSEST ISLAND…BALBOA ISLAND!

There’s so much to do in Balboa, with adorable boutiques, coffee shops, and ice cream stops on Marine Avenue. You can park and walk or bike around the neighborhood, crossing over cute bridges and taking in the slower pace of life here. Or take the ferry over to the famous Balboa Fun Zone where you can grab a seat on the Ferris wheel, which is fun for all ages. If you want to celebrate a belated Mother’s Day, don’t miss their incredible annual art show.

TAKE HER TO THE WILD SIDE

Free docent-led programs and onsite OC park rangers make this an incredible adventure through “Orange County’s Grand Canyon". This spectacular and lush canyon includes thick oak woodlands, streamside habitats, year-round springs and an iconic geological formation called “the Sinks.”  A rich diversity of plants and animals as well as an unusual variety of natural surroundings make Limestone a true favorite among hikers, mountain bikers and naturalists of all types.
