Christine Hulka, General Manager, manages Northpark Maintenance Association, a prestigious and private 1620-unit master planned community in Irvine. Built in 2000, Christine noticed its amenities hadn’t kept up with the community’s evolving needs. She partnered with their HOA board in 2018 to successfully amend the CC&Rs and transition the role from a Community Manager to a General Manager to grow the community and grow the value for its homeowners.
