The beauty of Orange County is that we still have gorgeous weather, even in the Fall! Over 250+ residents attended to see the new pool, grab a hot dog and enjoy the water and sun. Kids of all ages enjoyed snow cones for a tasty treat that was appreciated during an 80-degree day. Beach music was blasted while kids swam and everyone hung out and socialized on the poolside non-slip deck. This day came, not without its own challenges, and Crummack Huseby helped to make it all happen.

Technically, you’re already involved. When you purchased your home within a planned community, you are a member of that community. You have the ability to vote on new rules, regulations, etc. Your community may assign a property management company, but the HOA board always controls the rules in your community.
