Built in 2000, Christine noticed its amenities hadn’t kept up with the community’s evolving needs. The beauty of Orange County is that we still have gorgeous weather, even in the Fall! Over 250+ residents attended to see the new pool, grab a hot dog and enjoy the water and sun. Kids of all ages enjoyed snow cones for a tasty treat that was appreciated during an 80-degree day. Beach music was blasted while kids swam and everyone hung out and socialized on the poolside non-slip deck. This day came, not without its own challenges, and Crummack Huseby helped to make it all happen.

Our first ever Baker Ranch 5K was incredible! On September 15, runners of all levels ran through four parks: Vista Swim Club, Borrego Trail, Oaks Tennis Park, and Promenade Park. We had over 100 participants who, along with our sponsors, helped us bring awareness to Higher Ground Youth & Family Services, a not-for-profit charitable organization based out of Yorba Linda.

Technically, you’re already involved. When you purchased your home within a planned community, you are a member of that community. You have the ability to vote on new rules, regulations, etc. Your community may assign a property management company, but the HOA board always controls the rules in your community. If you want to get more involved, joining the HOA Board may be the natural place for you.
