After being in the property management business for 15+ years, award-winning Dana Harle knows a thing or two about management, employee inspiration, and discovering passion for the work. Even with all of her experience, she is constantly open to learning new things about herself and the industry.
I grew up taking road trips with my family every Summer. We would all load into our Ford LTD station wagon with the trailer hitched up and then headed off! I’d often ask where we were going and to my delight, my Dad would pull out a map and walk me through where we were going, how long it was going to take to get to each of the locations and what we would do when we were there. Wow, what a plan. I knew it took him weeks to do it.
Fall calls for boots, sweaters and planning Hallothanksmas, but… it’s also time to garden! Many homeowners shy away from planting anything in the “winter” months for fear of frost or other cold weather effects, but it may provide a bountiful bloom or harvest if timed properly.
